The following is required for all on field coaches.

Background Check
Integrated with registration platform.
Note: This needs to be completed every single year.

Diamond Leader Certificate

Volunteer will need to upload the certificate to this platform.
Note: This only needs to be completed and uploaded one time.

Cardiac Arrest Certificate

Volunteer will need to upload the certificate to this platform.
Note: This needs to be completed every single year.

Abuse Awareness Certificate

Note: This needs to be completed every single year.

Concussion Certificate

Volunteer will need to upload the certificate to this platform.
Note: This needs to be completed every single year, or retake upon expiration.

What is required to be an “off-field volunteer?”

ie: Team Parent, Snack Shack Volunteer, Scorekeeper, Pitch Counter, Events Support

Upload your I.D. onto your SVLL account. 

Background Check-Once your I.D. is verified by the Safety Officer, you will receive an email to complete the background check.  Note: This needs to be renewed every season.

Use this link here to login to your account.

Go to “My account”

Select the ‘Volunteer” tab on the left

Select the edit icon next to your name 

At the bottom of this page, you will see options to upload your certificate pictures.
